范慧敏教授

范慧敏博士，主任医师、教授、博士生导师.

世界抗衰老医学会医学委员会亚太区主任委员

上海领军人才，上海市曙光学者，同济大学附属东方医院心衰专科主任，心力衰竭研究所副所长。

范教授是上海市医学会慢病管理专科分会主任委员，

上海市浦东新区中医药协会文化发展专业委员会主任委员，中医药健康大数据产业技术创新战略联盟常务理事，中国系统仿真学会生命系统建模仿真委员会副主任委员，中国医师协会心力衰竭专业委员会常委，上海市健康科技协会基因健康专业委员会常务委员，及中国心衰中心联盟委员等。同时，范教授也是中国实验动物学报副总编，中国比较医学杂志副总编、全国高等学校第三轮本科康复治疗专业国家卫计委“十三五”规划教材副主编、中华实验外科杂志通讯编委和中华胸心血管外科编委。此外，他也积极参与慈善委员会相关的组织和协调活动。

范慧敏教授负责和参与了20多项国家科技部，基金委和省部级的科研项目，包括科技部“973”，国家“863” ，国家自然科学基金项目等。相关研究成果多次获得浦东新区，上海市医学会和中华医学会的奖励。已发表论文110余篇，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI文章40余篇。此外，他拥有8项国家专利，参编17部专著等。范教授主要从事心脏瓣膜疾病、先天性心脏病以及冠心病等心血管系统疾病的诊疗防治及研究，尤其是心力衰竭的防治及管理。在科学研究中，他和他的团队致力于临床实践和心衰、心肺移植、以及心室辅助装置的研究。目前范教授研究方向主要集中慢性炎症在心梗后心室重构和心衰发生发展中的作用研究，以及中西医结合干预慢性心衰的治疗策略，肺移植排斥的机制以及肺移植后细胞治疗诱导的耐受。同时，范慧敏教授在公共卫生学领域也有重要的发现，为社区心血管疾病的预防和治疗提供重要的政策参考和干预策略。他领导的团队已经在社区进行心血管病流行病学方面的调查，建立了浦东新区社区心血管病的疾病数据中心和智能服务平台，并利用远程医疗的手段对心血管病患者和高危人群进行疾病管理。

Prof. Huimin Fan MD. PhD.

• Dr. Huimin Fan, a professor, chief Physician, and PhD tutor at East Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Univeristy, was awarded Shanghai Leading Talents and Shanghai Outstanding Persons. Prof. Fan servers as the Director of Heart Failure Department, and Deputy Director of the Institute of Heart Failure in East Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Univeristy.
• He is currently the Director of Chronic Disease Management Division of Shanghai Medical Association, and of Cultural Development Professional Committee of Pudong New District Traditional Chinese Medicine Association in Shanghai. Besides, he is the Executive Director of China health big data science and technology innovation strategic alliance, the Deputy Chair of Chinese Association for System Simulation, the member of standing committee of the Heart Failure Committee of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, and of Gene Health Committee of Shanghai Health Science and Technology Association, and the member of Alliance of Chinese Heart Failure Center. He is also the Deputy Editor-in-chief of Acta Laboratorium Animalis Scientia Sinica, of Chinese Journal of Comparative Medicine, and of the 3rd textbook on rehabilitation science for undergraduates from National Colleges and Universities; the member of the editorial board of Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, and of the editorial board of Chinese Journal of Experimental Surgery. He serves as a council member of the Charity Commission as well.
• Prof. Fan has been in charge of more than 20 projects, including “973” program, “863” program the National Science Foundation of China, etc. He won many awards for his excellent research achievements. He has published over 110 articles in the academic publication, including over 40 papers as the first-author / corresponding author in SCI journals. Besides, he holds 8 national patents and edited 17 books. He devotes himself to clinical practice and research on the diagnosis and prevention of cardiovascular system diseases such as heart valve disease, congenital heart disease, and coronary heart disease, especially the prevention and management of heart failure. Currently, his team’s work focuses on the translational medicine, especially on the immunological factors in the development of heart failure after myocardial infarction, immune therapeutic strategies and traditional Chinese medicine to treat heart failure, the mechanisms of the lung transplantation rejections, and the cell therapy to induce tolerance after lung transplantation. Moreover, Prof. Fan is also creating value in public health field. Under his efforts, epidemiologic investigations on cardiovascular disease are carrying out in communities, a large database with intelligent service is under construction, and disease management by mobile care for cardiovascular disease patients and high-risk groups is developing vigorously.
