蔡篤堅，健康亞洲公司董事長、屏東基督教醫院國際醫療事業發展中心執行長、台灣陽明大學衛生褔利研究所和中央大學哲學研究所兼任敎授、台北醫學大學和屏東基督教醫院講座教授，台灣社會改造協會創會理事長、印尼UGM大學客座教授、亞洲生命倫理學會副理事長、北京東方文化研究所特聘研究員，中國生命倫理學會常務理事，北京協和兩岸生命倫理年會共同召集人，湖南省健康管理學會湖湘全民健康工程特聘専家，廣州中山大學醫學人文發展諮詢委員，曾任台灣醫學人文教育和2005年健康台灣政策領航者，行政院生技產業諮議委員會委員和長期照顧政策規劃小組成員。規劃台灣第一個智慧城市，台灣生醫資訊整合中心、發起兩岸生命倫理和醫學人文交流年會，協助泰國、印尼政府精神醫療、衛生政策和生命倫理學規劃，榮獲泰國精神衞生奬。目前因台灣科技部研發技術轉移，獲屏東基督教醫院和台灣各大醫學中心、敎學醫院和主要大學領導人支持，成立推廣智慧醫院和醫養園區的健康亞洲公司，並出任董座，並兼任教授級主治醫師組成的醫療團團長，致力提升亞洲醫療照護和人文倫理水平，促進醫患信任關係。著作學術期刊、專書論文兩百餘篇，專書著作三十餘本，研究領域涵蓋文化研究、比較歷史、生命倫理學、醫學人文、疾病敍事、智慧健康科技，醫務管理和衛福政策。事業領域涵蓋兩岸和東協國家醫療發展、智慧健康科技推廣、跨國專業人才培訓、精準衛生設計和醫養產業發展。

Duujian Tsai, Chairman of Health Asia Co., Executive Director of the International Medical Business Development Center at Pingtung Christian Hospital, Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Health and Welfare Policy at Yang-Ming University and the Institute of Philosophy at Central University in Taiwan, Chair Professor at Taipei Medical University and Pingtung Christian Hospital, Founding President of the Taiwan Social Empowerment Alliance, Visiting Professor at Gadjah Mada University in Indonesia, Vice Chairman of the Asian Bioethics Association, Distinguished Researcher at the Beijing Oriental Culture Research Institute, Executive Director of the China Bioethics Association, Co-organizer of the Beijing Union Cross-Strait Bioethics Annual Conference, Distinguished Expert of the Hunan Provincial Health Management Association's Health for All Project, Consultant for the Development of Medical Humanities at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou. He has previously served as a leader in Taiwan's medical humanities education and the 2005 Health Taiwan Policy, a member of the Executive Yuan's Bio-Taiwan Commission, and a member of the Long-term Care Policy Planning Group.

He planned Taiwan's first smart city, the Taiwan Biomedical Information Integration Center, initiated the Cross-Strait Bioethics and Medical Humanities Exchange Annual Conference, and assisted the Thai and Indonesian governments in mental health, health policy, and bioethics planning, for which he received the Thailand Mental Health Award. Currently, due to the transfer of R&D technology by the Ministry of Science and Technology in Taiwan, with the support of Pingtung Christian Hospital and major medical centers, teaching hospitals, and key universities in Taiwan, he established Health Asia Co. to promote smart hospitals and medical care parks, serving as its chairman and concurrently as the head of a medical team composed of professor-level attending physicians, dedicated to improving the level of medical care and humanistic ethics in Asia and promoting trust relationships between doctors and patients.

He has authored over 200 academic journal articles and papers and more than 30 monographs. His research fields cover cultural studies, comparative history, bioethics, medical humanities, disease narrative, smart health technology, medical management, and health and welfare policy. His business areas include the development of medical care in Cross-Strait and ASEAN countries, the promotion of smart health technology, cross-national professional talent training, precision health design, and the development of the medical and elderly care industry.
